Startup and MSME Support

Startup:

In public domain, any new business working on new idea, exploring new business opportunity or sometime starting with limited resources are being considered as startup. But officially they are not considered as "startups". Govt of India has started â€œStartup Indiaâ€ program for startup meeting certain criteria. Under this Startup India program, apart from building a strong eco system to nurture innovations, GOI is giving number of privileges and incentives.

MSME Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

It is an another program wherein Government of India (has offered number of incentive and privileges to MSME business The objective is to provide relaxation on compliance, ease in business, privileges in comparison to big business, assistance in recovery from customers, ease in funding etc. The eligibility is based on the scale and nature of business.

Services Offered:

a. Eligibility Check - Whether business may be registered as startup

Analysis of eligibility of business for getting recognize.
Reconciliation of business objects with the objective and conditions of getting recognition
Assistance in applying and getting certification of recognition and certificate of eligible business (Income tax benefits)
Assisting in identify the relevant benefits under the scheme and obtaining that benefit.
Identification of beneficial policies for the business

b. Strategic Assistance

Services of virtual CFO's - an experienced financial professional to assist the business in managing financial affairs
Advisories pertaining to business structuring, revenue modelling, cost management, tax management etc.
Assistance in determining funding requirements and assistance in arranging the funds.

C. Operational Assistance

Assistance in identifying the applicability of various business laws and registration requirements there in and assistance in getting those registrations - such as PAN, TAN, GST, IEC, EPF, ESIC.
Accounting and Payroll Services
Tax (Income tax, GST) periodical & annual compliances.
Regulatory (Companies Act, Foreign Exchange, Import Export (IEC Code) compliance.
